Job Summary
Design Architect with expertise in Structural and MEP disciplines, proficient in AutoCAD upgrade training, BIM modeling using Revit Architecture, and digital construction tools including Autodesk Construction Cloud and Navisworks for clash detection.
Responsibilities
- Design architectural, structural, and MEP components using BIM modeling tools to deliver integrated project solutions.
- Conduct AutoCAD upgrade training to enhance team proficiency and ensure up-to-date software usage.
- Utilize Autodesk Revit to develop detailed architectural models supporting project design and coordination.
- Apply Navisworks for clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts early in the construction process.
- Manage digital construction workflows using Autodesk Construction Cloud to streamline project collaboration and documentation.
- Use Enscape Architectural software to create realistic visualizations for design review and client presentations.
- Handle RFI (Request for Information) processes and technical issue management to maintain project clarity and progress.
- Implement digital workflows for Structural, Architectural, and ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) disciplines to improve project efficiency.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Enscape Architectural software for digital construction and design coordination.
- Experience with digital construction workflows and technical issue management in a multidisciplinary environment.
