- Source and acquire materials efficiently and cost-effectively to fulfil organizational requirements.
- Drive cost savings, expand the vendor base, and monitor vendor performance on delivery and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance material planning processes.
- Ensure adherence to company purchasing policies and standards, while coordinating timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, vendors, costs, and expenditures.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in materials sourcing and vendor management in the Aerospace Industry.
- Strong negotiation abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to make informed decisions independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
