- Process monthly payroll for staff and workers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory and company requirements.
- Compile and verify payroll data, including attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing within stipulated deadlines.
- Prepare and distribute payslips, payroll reports, and related summaries.
- Handle statutory submissions and payments, including CPF, IRAS, and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries.
- Liaise with HR, project teams, and other departments to ensure payroll data accuracy and efficient issue resolution.
- Support payroll-related audits, reconciliations, and internal compliance reviews.
- Ensure confidentiality of payroll information and adherence to payroll regulations.
