We are looking for passionate coffee professionals to join Tag Espresso and help us craft exceptional coffee experiences.
Responsibilities:
Prepare espresso-based drinks, pour-over, and daily beverage menu
Maintain high-quality customer service and café operations
Participate in roasting, cupping, and flavor profile adjustments (Roaster role)
Maintain cleanliness and equipment care
Assist in training new team members
Requirements:
1–2 years of barista or roasting experience preferred
Familiar with espresso extraction and pour-over techniques
Strong cupping and sensory skills
Fluent in both English and Chinese
Passionate, reliable, detail-oriented
