Job Description:
- Plan and conduct badminton training for the school team and development team.
- Develop students' badminton skills for competitive and developmental levels.
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and fair play.
- Work closely with the Teacher-in-Charge to plan and deliver training programmes.
- Motivate and develop students' passion for badminton.
- Support and participate in CCA activities, competitions and school events as required
Requirements:
- Preferably possess SG-Coach Level 1 (Theory and/orTechnical) or equivalent/higher.
- Preferably registered with the National Registry of Coaches (NROC).
- Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
- Main Instructor (Boys School Team): Minimum 3 years of badminton coaching experience.
- Main Instructor (Mixed Development Team):Preferably 2 years of badminton coaching experience.
- Able to conduct safe, engaging, and effective badminton training sessions
