Your Responsibilities: -
- Design, develop, and optimize semiconductor components, tooling, and related systems to meet customer and production requirements.
- Manage design projects from concept development, prototyping, testing, and validation through to production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement, to ensure designs are functional, manufacturable, and cost-effective.
- Prepare and maintain engineering drawings, technical documentation, and design specifications in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot design issues, provide technical support during production, and implement design improvements to enhance product performance and reliability.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement by developing new design solutions, improving engineering processes, and contributing technical expertise within the team.
You will need: -
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- Knowledge of semiconductor front-end and back-end manufacturing processes, with experience in the design of precision components and tooling for semiconductor applications.
- Advanced CAD Training or certs (Solidworks, AutoCAD, etc) for 2D and 3D designs
