Responsibilities
- Prepare and check loan documents such as Letter of Offer, Supplemental Letter of Offer, Letter of Variation and other related documents for Mortgage facilities.
- Ensure loan and security documents are complete, accurate and in line with internal guidelines and procedures.
- Liaise with internal teams, lawyers, customers, dealers and other parties on documentation and loan processing matters.
- Prepare lawyer appointment letters and track documentation status until completion.
- Process loan disbursement, drawdown, payment instructions and related system updates.
- Maintain and update customer, loan and facility records in the system.
- Handle filing, scanning, lodgement and safekeeping of loan and security documents.
- Prepare regular reports and assist with other duties assigned by the department.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Experience in loan operations, credit administration, loan documentation, mortgage, hire purchase, leasing or banking operations will be an advantage.
- Familiar with loan documentation, disbursement process and security documentation.
- Meticulous, organised and able to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
