Digital Marketing Manager

Our client is a unique, award-winning premium lifestyle and hospitality business. As the business continues to grow its brand and market presence, they are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.
You will play a key role in leading the marketing function and driving the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies across digital, social media, advertising, content and creative initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, advertising, communications and creative
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, social media, content, email, influencer, affiliate, mobile and display advertising
- Establish and strengthen brand positioning, messaging and overall market presence
- Ensure consistent brand communication across campaigns, events, websites, email and promotional materials
- Analyse consumer behaviour and develop customer personas to identify new growth opportunities
- Identify opportunities to expand into new market segments and increase market share
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns, tracking performance against team and business objectives
- Work closely with Sales to align marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness and commercial results
- Monitor competitors, including changes in pricing, offerings and market strategies
- Contribute to quarterly and annual business planning, including marketing objectives and hiring plans
- Provide leadership and direction to the marketing team, setting priorities and driving execution
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, attractions, F&B, lifestyle, or related industries
- Proven experience developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong hands-on knowledge of digital marketing, Google Ads and Meta/Facebook campaigns
- Experience with CRM platforms, web analytics and performance tracking
- Strong understanding of branding, positioning, communications and customer acquisition
- Degree in Marketing, Business or a relevant discipline
