Job Summary

Join our team as a Sales Coordinator to support daily sales operations, manage customer interactions, and assist the sales team in delivering smooth and efficient sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales activities and track customer enquiries to ensure timely responses
• Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related sales documents to support transactions
• Maintain up-to-date and precise customer and sales records for reporting and reference
• Communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, and internal teams to facilitate order processing
• Monitor order progress, delivery schedules, and payment status to ensure smooth sales cycles
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to enhance productivity
• Follow up with customers on order status and enquiries to maintain strong customer relationships
• Compile and prepare sales reports to update management on sales performance and issues
• Perform additional sales and administrative tasks as assigned to support business needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or a related role
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and internal teams
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and responsible work ethic
• Customer service skills to address client needs and enhance satisfaction

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
