Working Days: Wednesday – Sunday (Monday & Tuesday are fixed off days)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised customer service and create an exceptional shopping experience.
- Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable fragrances and beauty products.
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent product knowledge and service.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to store performance.
- Introduce new products, promotions, and exclusive collections with confidence.
- Maintain attractive product displays and uphold premium visual merchandising standards.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and daily store operations.
- Ensure the store is clean, organised, and maintained to the highest standards.
What We're Looking For
✔ Prior experience in fragrance retail sales is highly preferred.
✔ Experience in luxury or premium beauty retail will be an advantage.
✔ Passion for beauty, fragrances, and delivering exceptional customer service.
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Well-groomed with a professional and customer-focused approach.
✔ Self-motivated, positive, and able to work well in a team.
✔ Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
