Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end First Mile, Last Mile, and Linehaul fleet operations, ensuring SLA, cost efficiency, and productivity targets are achieved
- Oversee on-ground operational execution across fleet teams, including managing Fleet Supervisors and in-house drivers
- Manage vendors and external transport partners, ensuring service performance and compliance with operational standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and scale operations sustainably
- Enforce operational discipline through SOP compliance, performance management, and penalty frameworks
Requirements:
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics, fleet, last mile, or large-scale operations management
- Strong experience managing on-ground operational teams and external vendors/3PLs
- Strong analytical skills (Excel required)
- Proven experience in process improvement, cost optimisation, and operational scaling
- Strong stakeholder management skills in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
