◆Title:
Japanese Speaking Kindergarten Teacher
◆Role Overview:
Our client is an early childhood education provider offering childcare and kindergarten programmes in Singapore. The successful candidate will play an active role in childcare, early childhood education and day-to-day class management. You will also work closely with parents to understand and address their children's needs and provide attentive support throughout their time at the kindergarten.
◆Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care, guidance and support to children in an early childhood education setting.
- Support the planning and daily management of the assigned class.
- Conduct regular health checks for children and monitor their general well-being.
- Communicate with parents and conduct meetings to understand and address their children's needs and concerns.
- Prepare the classroom and required materials for daily activities.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
◆Requirements:
[Must Have]
- Prior experience working as a nursery teacher or kindergarten teacher .
- Possession of a recognised kindergarten teaching licence or childcare qualification .
- Proficiency in Japanese for communicating with Japanese-speaking children, parents and relevant stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide attentive and thoughtful support to children and their parents.
- Ability to listen carefully and respond appropriately to parents' requests and concerns regarding their children.

- Experience working in a Japanese kindergarten or Japanese early childhood education environment.
