- Provide front-line service to patients and visitors such as registration of patients, answering phone and email queries, scheduling of appointments and billing.
- Handle insurance claims and other admin/ad hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 2 years of frontline experience in healthcare industry.
