We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This role offers hands-on exposure to accounts payable/receivable operations, financial reconciliations, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced working environment.
Responsibilities
Manage daily accounts payable and/or accounts receivable functions.
Ensure timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices for payment.
Perform timely reconciliation of financial transactions and bank statements.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, and/or customers when required.
Participate in inventory stock-taking activities.
Job Requirements
Relevant diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
