Job Description:
- Operate crawler cranes at construction sites.
- Lift precast products and materials on-site.
- Maintain basic housekeeping and upkeep of the crawler crane.
- Adhere to and ensure compliance with all safety, health, environmental, and company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of the crane to ensure safety.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
- No specific minimum qualifications required.
- Valid crawler crane license with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Ability to read and communicate in basic English.
- Willingness to work a 6-day work week and extended hours to meet project deadlines.
- Positive attitude and strong team player.
