Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Accounts Assistant to join our team. This role welcomes fresh graduates, experienced account assistants, or candidates with basic accounting knowledge. Training is provided, and a positive, proactive attitude is essential.
Responsibilities
- Process and maintain accurate staff claims, reimbursements, and bookkeeping records to ensure financial accuracy
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping by recording and maintaining financial transactions and supporting documents
- Input financial data accurately using Microsoft Excel and accounting software to keep financial records complete and current
- Reconcile financial records and assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain data integrity
- Support the team by assisting with ad-hoc accounting, bookkeeping, and finance tasks as needed
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Basic accounting knowledge to understand and support financial processes and accounting tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to efficiently manage and input financial data
- Positive work attitude and willingness to learn to adapt and grow within the role
