Junior Customer Support and Sales Admin Representative

Job Summary
Manage customer sales call enquiries and sales orders while coordinating invoicing, delivery schedules, and stock balances. Support marketing activities and assist at outdoor events using computing skills in Excel and Word.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer sales call enquiries to support sales processes
- Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and manage invoicing and billing for sales orders
- Coordinate delivery schedules with the delivery team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate product stock records and manage stock balances
- Assist with marketing content postings on social media platforms to support promotional efforts
- Attend and provide assistance at outdoor marketing or sales events
- Use Excel and Word to perform administrative and sales-related tasks
- Apply experience in sales order processing and administrative duties to support sales operations
