Assistant Sales Manager

- Ability to plan, organize, lead the Sales team and all sales activities within the Company.
- Develop, manage Sales strategies and planning in indentify customers (Marketing
items related to Dairy products & Cheese Products).
- Establish and maintain relations with existing key accounts customers and develop sales
strategies to develop new customer accounts.
- Execute approved action plans, sales budget and strategies towards achieving sales targets.
- Provide and maintain excellent accounts service and customer relationship management.
- Oversee and evaluates market research of competitor products, market and sales trend then
develop an effective marketing strategy.
- Provide monthly sales performance and competitor activities reports to department head.
- Provide sales forecasts on the monthly basis for effective stock management and company sales growth.
- Perform related job responsibilities delegated by management as necessary in relation to the business
operation to maintain a smooth and productive operation.
