Working Hours: 5.5 days Alternate Saturday
Saturday: Alternate Saturday, Half Day
Bonus: Variable Bonus
Job Responsibilities
- Carry out troubleshooting, maintenance, parts replacement, load testing and minor repair works on lifts.
- Attend to assigned lift maintenance and servicing works according to schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits and checks to ensure compliance with quality, safety and technical requirements.
- Support service operations in maintaining high standards of service quality.
- Attend to emergency service calls after office hours, weekends and public holidays when required.
- Perform other maintenance-related duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in lift maintenance, servicing or related technical fields .
- Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in lift troubleshooting, parts replacement and minor repair works.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Responsible, safety-conscious and a good team player.
- Valid Singapore driving licence is required.
- Candidates with their own vehicle / motorbike are preferred.
