Job Summary
Support business development and sales activities, Identifying potential clients, customer engagement, proposal preparation and building long-term client relationships while providing technology solutions to meet business needs.
Job Scope
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related IT Solutions.
- Understand customers’ business requirements and recommend appropriate ERP/Business Central solutions.
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospect.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, key decision-markets and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction, repeat business and referrals.
- Understand client needs, provide sales proposals, quotations and conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations.
- Negotiating contracts, terms of an agreement and close sales.
- Set sales forecast, review through proactive prospecting and client engagement, achieve agreed sales targets
- Provide consultative sales support to help clients optimize their IT infrastructure and operations.
- Work closely with pre-sales, consultants and technical teams to develop suitable solution proposals to ensure customer needs are met.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge and/or practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Good understanding of ERP business processes such as finance, accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory and operations
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business benefits for customers
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Conscious, sensitive, practical and realistic to business practices.
- Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly Self-motivated, Matured, proactive and ambitious in achieving goals with minimal supervision.
- Cost consciousness, positive, enthusiastic, meticulous, resourceful and result oriented.
- Well-organized skill and persistence in completing tasks on time.
- Pleasant and highly customer oriented, confident yet reassuring manner with clients always.
- Responds quickly to customers and demonstrates efficiency.
- Good telephone, face-to-face personal skills, presentation skills and time management.
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision is an advantage.
- Existing network of SME or enterprise customers is an advantage.
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus
