Plasterer

Key Abilities:

Able to apply plaster to walls and ceilings, creating smooth, even surfaces and potentially incorporating decorative elements.

Experience in microcement painting.

Responsibilities:

Estimating material needs

Preparing surfaces and leveling uneven areas

Mixing plaster to the right consistency

Applying plaster to walls and ceilings

Creating decorative features like ceiling roses, cornices, and architraves

Fitting internal plasterboard or wallboard partitions

Coating outside walls with protective coverings like pebble dash or render

Skills:

Good hand-eye coordination

Attention to detail

Knowledge of building and construction

Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure

Ability to work well with others

Ability to work well with your hands

Able to do both Fibrous and Solid plastering

Requirements:

Need to work Weekend and Sunday

Need to work Overtime as per project
