Contract Customer Service / Dental / Admin Assistant
Contract Opportunities | Healthcare & Customer Service | Multiple Roles
We are hiring Contract Customer Service, Dental and Administrative Assistants to support healthcare and clinic operations. If you enjoy working with people and are looking to gain experience in a healthcare environment, we have opportunities available across different functions.
Customer Service / Patient Service
- Attend to customer or patient enquiries and provide professional frontline service
- Manage registrations, appointments and general administrative enquiries
Dental Assistant
- Assist dentists during consultations and dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments and support daily clinic operations
Admin Assistant
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry and documentation
- Assist with scheduling, filing and other operational support as required
Requirements
- Customer service, administrative or healthcare experience is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Organised, detail-oriented and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in a patient-facing environment
Working Hours
- 5–5.5 days per week depending on role
- Office hours / rostered shifts may apply
- Minimum commitment of 3 months for contract positions
