Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring prompt and professional support.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective customer engagement.
- Deliver excellent customer service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints by providing timely and effective solutions, while following up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Manage and follow up on new sales enquiries and leads generated by the Sales Development team.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts, while monitoring and reporting sales performance.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by the Sales Division.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in account servicing, customer support, or sales administration.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively as a team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a positive attitude, strong initiative, and excellent time management skills.
- Able to communicate and interact professionally with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
