Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth shipment operations.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including Air Waybills (AWBs).
- Accurately input shipment details, including dimensions, weight, freight rates, and cargo information into the system.
- Verify Dangerous Goods (DG) and temperature-controlled shipments for regulatory and operational compliance.
- Issue pre-alert notifications to overseas agents and destination offices.
- Monitor consolidation cut-off times and ensure timely cargo lodgement for urgent shipments.
Qualifications:
- Experience in air export/freight forwarding operations.
- Knowledge of AWB preparation, shipping documentation and IATA regulations.
- Familiar with DG and temperature-controlled cargo handling.
- Strong coordination, communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and compliance awareness
