Job Description
- Lead and supervise manufacturing technicians in the cell to achieve product quality and customer delivery targets.
- Manage daily output targets, operational efficiency, and productivity of the production cell.
- Monitor workload and demand trends (3–6 months outlook) to support production scheduling and material release planning.
- Ensure compliance with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to achieve optimal machine uptime.
- Lead and support operational activities including planning, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, attendance, and disciplinary standards within the team.
- Support coaching, training, and development of manufacturing technicians
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or precision engineering environment preferred.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, techniques, and process controls.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and lead a team effectively.
- Willing to work rotating shifts (including bi-monthly rotation).
