Senior Sales Manager (Software Solutions)

Job Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and sales of enterprise software solutions, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key decision-makers and business partners.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, requirements gathering, solution presentations, proposals, negotiations and deal closure.
- Work closely with pre-sales, technical and delivery teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Manage sales pipelines, forecasts and account development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of customer engagements and follow through on commercial and operational matters.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in enterprise software solution selling .
- Experience in System Integration (SI), IT solutions or digital transformation solutions will be considered.
- Experience selling BSS/OSS, telecommunications software or cloud solutions will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record in business development, account management and closing complex software solution deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Meticulous, proactive, responsible and hands-on, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
- Flexible and willing to support urgent business or customer matters outside regular working hours when required.
