- Employment type: 1-year contract
- Working hours: Monday-Thursday, 8.30 am to 6 pm; Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in routine financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting tasks
- Support ad-hoc financial requests and data preparation for strategic decision-making
- Approve FastPay collections link submission for students' activities and provide support.
- Preparation for withholding tax submission
- Preparation Risk Control Matrix
- Contribute to streamlining existing workflows and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Review of journals submission and budget transfers.
- Review of WBS creations and submission
Job Requirements:
- Possess a recognized degree in Accountancy with a minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience.
- Good knowledge of SAP financial systems (S4 HANA) and analytical tools (eg. Power BI) would be an advantage.
- Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- High level of independence as well as the maturity and ability to work with staff at all levels.
