Software Engineer (Y)***

This will be a 2-years direct contract position.
Responsibilities
- Design, development, and implementation of complex, scalable, and secure software applications across the full software development lifecycle.
- Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code in various programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, C#).
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues
- Ensure high availability and performance of critical systems.
- Support technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and best practices.
- Work with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to define requirements, architect solutions, and deliver high-quality products.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Practitioner of agile development processes, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in software development.
- Strong in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, C#) and their relevant frameworks.
- Experience in web development with Node.js background, preferably with Next.js and AI-assisted development
- Working knowledge of software design principles, data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Experience with government or public sector projects advantageous.
