Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices, staff claims and payment transactions
- Assist with customer collections and follow up on outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate supplier and customer account records
- Prepare payment schedules and assist with bank reconciliations
- Handle basic payment and account-related enquiries
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Provide general accounting and finance administrative support to the team
Requirements
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Up to 1 to 2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience will be advantageous
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, organised and comfortable working with numbers
- Responsible, willing to learn and able to work effectively as part of a team
