Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site visits to merchants in assigned districts to verify QR code display, signage, and terminal functionality.
- Support post-sales merchant activation and ensure proper usage of cross-border payment solutions.
- Perform wallet and QR display audits; troubleshoot on-site issues and escalate technical problems when necessary.
- Engage with merchants to collect feedback, usage data, and identify interest from nearby businesses.
- Assist in light business development by identifying and reporting potential new merchant leads.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of field visits, merchant status, and follow-up actions.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in field operations, merchant support, or retail tech enablement.
- Familiarity with QR payment systems, POS terminals, or fintech products is a plus.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage with merchants from diverse backgrounds.
- Comfortable with outdoor/roaming work; able to travel across assigned districts.
