- Greet and register patients
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Handle calls, messages, and enquiries
- Update patient records and basic documentation
- Assist doctors/nurses during consultations
- Process payments, claims, and referrals
- Maintain clinic supplies and cleanliness
- Other adhoc duties assigned Job Requirements:
- Experience as a clinic assistant is an advantage
