Job Title: Flight Operations Remote Pilot Location: Singapore Department: Flight Operations (Drones) Type: Full-Time About Us Founded in 2018, Skyports is at the forefront of the Advanced Air Mobility revolution, developing and operating cutting-edge infrastructure for electric air taxis and leveraging drone technology to transform business operations across industries. Our Business Is Split Into Two Key Areas
- Skyports Drone Services uses drones to streamline logistics, capture data, and enhance operational efficiency, with a focus on rural deliveries, surveying, surveillance, and maritime services.
- Skyports Infrastructure plays a vital role in the Urban Air Mobility ecosystem, designing, building, owning, and operating vertiports that enable eVTOL operators to take off and land in cities around the world.
- Obtain licenses required to legally operate as commercial drone pilot in the countries we operate.
- Learn how to set up and operate complex BVLOS.
- Be in charge of ground handling, pre-flight, post flight, routine maintenance of drone systems, as well as installation of ground-based infrastructure at take-off and landing sites.
- Be deployed on projects both domestically and internationally - you will be required to travel and should be comfortable traveling to various geographies on short notice for extended period of time, typically 4 to 8 weeks.
- Support a shift rotation that provides operational output seven days a week. Every Remote Pilot works 5 days a week with at least 2 days off.
- Possess a current Unmanned Aircraft Pilots License (UAPL).
- Responsible individual with a high level of safety standard.
- Have strong communication skills - Skyports has a just culture that is heavily reliant on our Remote Pilots being open and honest.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, as well as ability to think on your feet and complete tasks.
- Self-starter who is highly motivated and proactive, and enjoy challenges.
- Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License.
