Contract Role | Banking Operations | Data Management & Stakeholder Coordination
We are hiring a Contract Bank Officer to support business management and governance activities within a banking environment. Suitable for candidates with experience in banking operations, data management or administrative support.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with Operations teams to retrieve and review documents from internal source systems
- Perform accurate data maintenance and ensure customer information is kept up to date
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain additional information and resolve data discrepancies
- Ensure all processing activities are completed in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Support service improvement initiatives and process enhancement activities where required
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and assignments as assigned by the Team Lead
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred
- Prior experience in banking operations, administration or data management is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and documentation
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Able to follow established procedures and manage multiple tasks effectively
