Job Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the school, including budgeting, resource allocation and logistics
Lead, manage and mentor a team of dedicated educators, supporting their professional growth and development
Oversee the implementation of the curriculum, ensuring high standards and best practices in early childhood education
Foster a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment that supports the holistic development of each child
Collaborate with parents and the wider community to build strong partnerships and engage stakeholders
Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines governing the operation of childcare facilities
Handle administrative duties, including reporting, documentation, and centre budgeting where necessary
To meet centre targets and set strategic direction for the school set by the management
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the childcare or education sector
A recognised diploma in early childhood teaching and leadership qualification
Hands-on experience in managing the operational and administrative aspects of a childcare facility
