- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating and managing assigned sections of the project in accordance with the approved organisation structure.
- Prepare, monitor, and update detailed work schedules to ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Implement company quality management systems, ISO procedures, EHS requirements, and applicable environmental and green building practices.
- Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, contractual obligations, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities on technical matters, submissions, inspections, and project documentation.
- Monitor subcontractors' progress, workmanship, and compliance with project schedules, technical requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Track project costs, expenditure, and variations against the approved budget, highlighting potential cost issues to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate project personnel, monitor productivity, encourage teamwork, and ensure adherence to established work procedures.
- Maintain project records, prepare progress updates, and carry out other related responsibilities as assigned.
