Telesales Executive (Inside Sales Coordinator - Central North/ 5D/ Medical/Healthcare)

Responsibilities:
- Contact existing customers to follow up on replenishment of legacy products and identify repeat sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely product information and sales support.
- Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Liaise closely with Warehouse, Logistics, and Operations to ensure timely delivery and resolve any order-related enquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system.
- Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets through proactive customer engagement and excellent service.
Requirements:
- Experience in inside sales, customer service, sales coordination, or order management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, order processing, or a related role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities.
- High attention to detail in order processing and documentation.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
