Job Scope:
- Oversee daily operations and deployment of around 20 Ward Service Associates
- Ensure smooth ward service and patient meal operations
- Manage staff performance and day-to-day operational issues
- Monitor ward stocks and supplies
- Work closely with Nursing teams and support quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant Service operations / supervisory experience
