Responsibilities
- Implement and manage card benefits programs across affluent and emerging affluent card segments.
- Ensure timely onboarding of benefit providers and integration into card platforms.
- Coordinate with operations, IT, and customer service teams to enable smooth benefit fulfillment.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with benefit providers and ensure adherence to SLAs.
- Ensure all benefits programs comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance checks.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for senior management.
- Recommend process improvements based on data insights.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in card benefits or usage management, partnership management, product execution or loyalty program management within the credit card, financial services, or fintech industry
