Our esteemed client in the Environmental Services industry is seeking a Site Coordinator/ Supervisor to join their dynamic team:
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Position: Site Coordinator/ Supervisor
- Location: Tuas (Transport provided)
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm; Sat, 8am to 12pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + OT + Transport Allowance
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers, internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth site operations and timely completion of assigned work.
- Understand customer requirements, work schedules and site arrangements, and coordinate manpower and resources accordingly.
- Assist in managing new and existing projects, including tracking work progress, site issues and operational requirements.
- Supervise site workers and contractors, ensuring work is carried out safely and according to required procedures.
- Monitor site risks, operational issues and customer feedback, and escalate matters where necessary.
- Ensure workers comply with workplace safety, environmental and health requirements.
- Conduct site briefings and provide guidance to workers on job requirements, safety procedures and equipment usage.
- Assist with urgent or after-hours site activities when required.
- Provide transportation support for workers to and from work sites when required
Job Requirements:
- At least NITEC in Engineering or related discipline.
- Possess a valid Class 3 or 3A driving license.
- Relevant safety training/certification is preferred.
- Experience in site operations, project coordination or industrial services will be advantageous.
- Experience in industrial cleaning, high-pressure equipment or similar site-based operations will be an advantage.
