Job Summary
Join as a Threat Intel Analyst to research and analyze advanced cyber threats, develop actionable intelligence, and enhance detection and response capabilities within a dynamic Threat Intelligence Research & Analysis team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on advanced threat actors to analyze their tactics, techniques, procedures, victimology, and motivations to provide operational teams with behavioral elements for detection rules and adversary simulations
- Support investigations by contextualizing identified indicators and synthesizing findings to produce actionable intelligence assessments
- Correlate data from multiple intelligence sources to identify patterns and trends, recommending mitigation strategies for relevant threats
- Produce timely and accurate intelligence briefings, reports, and other products tailored for technical and executive audiences
- Evaluate and recommend tools and methodologies to enhance research and analysis capabilities
- Continuously monitor threat intelligence feeds and attend industry conferences to stay informed on the evolving cyber threat landscape
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related fields strongly preferred
- Cybersecurity certifications such as GCIH, GCTI, GREM, CISSP are advantageous
- Relevant experience in cybersecurity domains including threat intelligence, incident response, malware analysis, risk assessment, and data analysis strongly preferred
- Good understanding of cyber threat analysis models such as cyber kill chain, diamond model, and MITRE ATT&CK preferred
