Responsibilities
- Manage appointment scheduling and bookings.
- Perform financial and billing-related administrative tasks.
- Handle general administrative and clerical duties.
- Respond to patient and customer enquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain and manage patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process claims and relevant documentation.
- Support and coordinate public outreach events and activities.
- Monitor and replenish inventory and office supplies.
- Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in frontline customer service and/or practical knowledge of healthcare operations is preferred.
- Pleasant and professional personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on patient care and customer satisfaction.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
