Service Engineer
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for laboratory equipment, scientific instruments, and related supplies to resolve customer usage issues effectively
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Use PC skills to manage sales documentation, customer data, and communication for accurate record-keeping and timely follow-up
- Conduct timely and professional customer visits using a company vehicle to fulfill field assignment requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a Diploma or NITEC in Electrical/Electronic with Instrument/Analysers related engineering discipline
- Possess a valid driving license to perform field assignments
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Have at least 1 year of laboratory or related working experience
- Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Other Information
- Salary package commensurate with qualifications and experience
- Work schedule: 5 days per week, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Company vehicle provided for field assignments
