Business Planning Executive / Senior Executive (Power BI, Analytics)

Analyze business, sales, and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Support business planning and commercial performance analysis through data-driven insights
Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve sales effectiveness and operational performance
Monitor business performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations
Support CRM reporting, sales analysis, and process improvement initiatives
Assist in automation and reporting enhancement projects where applicable
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related disciplines
3–6 years of experience in business planning, commercial analysis, sales operations, marketing analytics, or related functions
Experience in dashboard reporting, business analysis, or performance tracking
Proficient in Excel and Power BI or Tableau
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Exposure to CRM systems, SAP, or Power Automate will be advantageous
Experience within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, electronics, or B2B industries is preferred
