Position: Business Development Manager
About Lukis
Lukis is a fast-growing workplace and facilities management company that partners with SMEs, MNCs, and government organisations to manage their day-to-day office operations. Beyond our core commercial cleaning services, we provide a comprehensive range of workplace support solutions, including disinfection, pest control, pantry management, hygiene and washroom services, consumable supply, and other facilities management services.
Work scope:
- Engage in sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, making sales calls, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
- Develop, negotiate, and finalize business proposals and contracts, aligning with both organizational and client requirements.
- Work closely with service provider partners to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration, optimizing service delivery for clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Operations and Administration, to ensure business development efforts align with service execution and company objectives.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, including digital marketing, brand building, and conventional marketing channels, to support business growth.
- Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and client feedback, providing insights for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
