Supervisor - Coffee Shop
Job Scope & Requirements
- Oversee daily coffee shop operations, including opening and closing of outlet.
- Supervise staff and coordinate daily manpower deployment.
- Handle cashiering, customer orders and customer complaints.
- Monitor daily sales and prepare sales records.
- Check inventory and arrange replenishment of beverages and supplies.
- Coordinate with stallholders, suppliers and delivery personnel.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure hygiene standards are followed.
- Assist with recruitment, training and supervision of staff.
- Must be willing to perform hands-on duties , including serving customers, clearing tables and general cleaning when manpower is short.
- Able to work long hours, weekends and public holidays according to roster.
- Must be comfortable working in a busy, hot and fast-paced coffee shop environment .
- Able to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
- Must be willing to cover duties when staff are absent or during peak periods.
- Rest days according to operational requirements.
- Prior coffee shop/F&B supervisory experience preferred.
