Job Description:
- Support UAT for Joint Sales Initiative (including test plan review, execution, results verification)
- Trouble shoot, raise JIRA ticket for defects identified, ensuring all tickets are retested and closed
- Ensure UAT is carried out correctly and timely
- Staff will be trained in the Orphan assignment, TOP and Persistency module (to support the UAT)
- Support in daily BAU, this will help the staff with on hands experience making the UAT more meaningful
Requirements:
- Some experience doing UAT in the insurance industry
