Claims Admin (Rotating Shift)

An organized and detail-focused office administrator who ensures smooth office operations by handling clerical tasks, aiding communication, and offering logistical support. This position is essential for daily functions, promoting efficient interdepartmental workflow while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.
Assist customers to file accident reports and explain the claim procedure.
Assist customers to submit claims, follow up and liaise with insurance company regarding claims.
Assist in manage claims / repair operation of the workshop.
Assist to source / enquire spare parts quotation for all repairs.
Assist in coordination with owner / surveyor for survey and finalize all repairs.
Liaise with customer’s vehicle for repair & collection.
Fleet control customer vehicles during their claim time.
Provide customer service to existing and new customer.
All ad-hoc duties are assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Able to commit to 5 working days per week, with 2 off days on weekdays.
Working hours : 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Relevant work experience & qualifications in administrative/ customer service / automotive industry would be advantage.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Working Location: Sin Ming Autocare (Ang Mo Kio) / Pioneer Point (Jurong)
