System Engineer
Allied Telesis Asia Pacific Pte Ltd
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support for IT infrastructure issues including network, servers and workstations at local and remote offices.
- Administration on CCTV, VoIP and other IT applications.
- Maintain up-to-date system inventory, documentation and reporting.
- Liaise with vendors with regards to purchase of new equipment and maintenance of existing equipment.
- Occasional travel may be required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer or IT related discipline, with at least 6 years hands-on experiences of IT administration.
- Solid experience in MS Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams), Data Backup (Veeam) and VMware virtualization.
- Hands on experience in maintaining network infrastructure, including LAN switch, Router (VPN) and Access Points.
- Certification in Microsoft (MCSE/MCP/MCITP), Networking or IT Security will be an advantage.
- Responsible, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills.
