Job Description
- Support origination and execution of M&A and capital markets transactions
- Lead a team, develop pitch books, information memoranda, and marketing materials
- Build and review financial models for valuation and scenario analysis
- Conduct macroeconomic, industry, and company-level research
- Participate in due diligence processes and manage data rooms
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders during transactions
- Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members and interns
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline
- 4+ years of experience in investment banking or relevant advisory roles
- Strong grounding in financial modelling and valuation techniques
- Solid understanding of capital markets and corporate finance concepts
- High attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
