Client Support cum Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Property Coordination

• Handle customer enquiries through various communication channels, understand clients' requirements, and provide suitable property recommendations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing timely and professional assistance.
• Arrange and coordinate property viewings, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for clients.
• Assist clients with property handover, move-in, and move-out procedures, providing necessary coordination and support.
• Prepare relevant property documents, including tenancy and sales-related contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up with clients on documentation, appointments, and other property-related matters.

Marketing & Business Development

• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote property projects and company services.
• Support property marketing activities across relevant online and offline channels.
• Identify and follow up on potential business opportunities, partnerships, and client leads.
• Assist in organising client engagement activities, promotional campaigns, and company events.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and reports to support business development initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing and client-related activities.

Office & Administrative Support

• Coordinate with external vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and service contracts.
• Support office events, company activities, and client-related events.
• Assist management and the team with various administrative and operational matters.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, customer service, marketing, business development, property, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and different stakeholders.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with good attention to detail.
• Prior experience in the Singapore property or real estate industry will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
